Visceral Manipulation is a gentle therapy to encourage mobility and consists of specifically placed manual force that encourages normal mobility, tone, and inherent tissue motion of the abdominal organs and the connective tissue that attaches to other areas of the body where physiologic motion has been impaired (for example, the lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint).
