Welcome, Angela!

The Comox Physiotherapy Clinic has a new team member - Angela Powell, Office Manager!

Angela joins the CPC team bringing along with her lengthy and significant experience in management and customer service. While jumping into a new situation and learning all the nuance and detail that go into the day to day running of a clinic can often feel like “drinking water from a fire hose” (direct quote from Angela herself!), she is doing a bang-up job and we are thrilled to have her.

Welcome, Angela!

To get to know Angela a little better, we sat down with her for a short Q & A…

CPC: Tell us a little bit about yourself.

AP: I am a born and raised Vancouver Island Girl. I met my husband on Mt. Washington in 1998 and after travelling a bit for work, we settled in the Comox Valley in 2001. We have a 17 year old son, a dog, and a cat.

CPC: What are you most looking forward to with your new position at Comox Physiotherapy Clinic?

AP: Getting to know the team and learning how I can best support them. I am also looking forward to challenging myself and using my skills in a different capacity and environment.

CPC: What are your favourite ways to stay physically active?

AP: I have an 8 year old Golden Retriever and we spend a lot of time walking our neighbourhood, playing at the beach, and walking in the woods all year round.

CPC: What are your favourite sights or things to do in the Comox Valley?

AP: I feel so fortunate to have access to so many beautiful beaches and forests in the Comox Valley. I love recharging at the beach, finding cool spots to kayak, or finding new trails to explore in the woods.
